How much does it cost? We are very flexible and very cost effective. However, the better question might be… how much will it cost your ministry if you delay your investment in your church’s future. The scope of your project will reflect your direct cost. However, it is important for you to consider, breaking your project into very manageable phases to help ease budget concerns.
- How long will it take to complete my project? It really depends on the scope of your project. We have done small projects that only have taken a few weeks, to very large projects that have taken six months to a year, from the initial meeting to the turn key completion of the project.
- Does Holy Smoke Studios do remodeling projects? Yes we do! Turning unusable space into much needed education and worship areas in not only smart, but is also very cost effective. It has been our experience that churches can save as much as 50 % when compared to New Construction. Also, location plays an important role and often makes remodeling a wise choice due to the areas proximity to existing facilities.
- We are just starting our planning for our new facility . . . When do we need to contact Holy Smoke Studio? Obviously the sooner we can get involved the better. By contacting us early, you will benefit in two specific ways. First, many advantages will be gained in the design phase of your project . Secondly, your ministry will benefit from Holy Smoke’s experience in creating a truly custom environment that will be both functional and unique to your ministry.

- What type of payment plan does Holy Smoke Studios require? We are flexible when it comes to working with our clients. Depending on the scope of the project, a percentage payment plan will be stated over the time needed to complete your project.
- We would love to invest in our young people but we can’t afford it. Let us sit down with you and prove to you, that your New Environment is 100% affordable! We can prove to you on paper that not only you can afford your new environment… but you can’t afford not to invest in building a new environment for your children or student ministry.
